一. Water Quality Management
1. Water Quality Monitoring and Regulation
(1)Regularly conduct comprehensive tests on the aquaculture water body, including key indicators such as water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, and nitrite. Based on the test results, take corresponding regulatory measures.
(2)For example, when the dissolved oxygen is insufficient, oxygen can be supplemented in a timely manner through aeration equipment; when the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite exceed the standard, deal with it by using microbial preparations.
2. Purifying Water Quality with Microbial Preparations
(1)Bacillus subtilis: It can decompose organic substances in the water body, such as uneaten feed, feces, etc., reducing the deterioration of water quality caused by the accumulation of organic matter, lowering the chemical oxygen demand (COD), and simultaneously inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria. The Bacillus subtilis preparation can be regularly added to the aquaculture water body in a certain proportion.
(2) Bacillus licheniformis: As a facultative anaerobic bacterium, it can function under different dissolved oxygen conditions, decomposing toxic and harmful substances and optimizing water quality. It is particularly effective in dealing with water pollution caused by feed residues, excretions of aquatic animals, etc. Adding the Bacillus licheniformis preparation in an appropriate dose helps maintain a good water quality environment.
(3) EM Compound Bacteria: Composed of various beneficial microorganisms, it can work synergistically to decompose organic matter in the water, promote the nitrogen cycle, convert harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen into harmless substances, and improve the self-purification ability of the water body. Regularly spraying the EM compound bacteria liquid can effectively improve the water quality condition.
二. Disease Prevention and Control
1.Enhancing the Immunity of Aquatic Animals
(1)Clostridium butyricum: In the intestines of aquatic animals, it can promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, regulate the balance of the intestinal flora, and thereby enhance the overall immunity of aquatic animals. By adding an appropriate amount of Clostridium butyricum preparation to the feed, aquatic animals can better resist disease attacks.
(2)Enterococcus faecalis (Lactic Acid Bacteria for Aquaculture): It can regulate the microecological balance of the intestines of aquatic animals, produce lactic acid to lower the pH value of the intestines, inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria, and simultaneously improve the digestion and absorption ability of aquatic animals, indirectly enhancing their immunity. Adding Enterococcus faecalis preparation to the feed helps maintain the intestinal health of aquatic animals and improve their disease resistance.
2. Disease Prevention and Treatment
(1) In addition to preventing diseases by regulating the intestinal flora to enhance immunity, a perfect disease monitoring mechanism should also be established. Regularly observe the feeding, activities, and body surface conditions of aquatic animals. Once any abnormality is detected, diagnose and handle it in a timely manner.
(2)When a disease occurs, the use of microbial preparations can be adjusted within a reasonable range according to the specific condition of the disease, such as increasing the amount of beneficial bacteria added, assisting drug treatment to help aquatic animals recover health as soon as possible. At the same time, it is necessary to isolate the diseased individuals to prevent the spread of the disease.
三. Feed Management
1. Optimizing Feed Nutrition
(1)Bacillus licheniformis: It can be used for feed fermentation, decomposing organic matter in the feed, providing efficient metabolic nutrient components, and improving the utilization rate of the feed. Mix the Bacillus licheniformis preparation with the feed in a certain proportion for fermentation treatment, which can make the nutritional components in the feed more easily absorbed by aquatic animals.
(2) Clostridium butyricum: The substances such as B vitamins, vitamin K, and amylase produced in the intestines of aquatic animals can supplement the deficiency of feed nutrition, further optimize the nutritional structure of the feed, and promote the growth of aquatic animals.
2.Ensuring Feed Quality
Strictly control the feed procurement process, select high-quality, fresh, and nutritionally balanced feed raw materials. At the same time, pay attention to the storage conditions of the feed to prevent the feed from getting damp, moldy, and other deterioration situations, so as not to affect the health and growth of aquatic animals.
四. Optimization of Aquaculture Environment
1. Maintenance of Pond Facilities
Regularly inspect and maintain the basic facilities of the aquaculture pond, such as the embankment, inlet and outlet water systems, and aeration equipment, to ensure their normal operation. For example, repair the loopholes in the embankment in a timely manner, clean the blockages in the inlet and outlet water pipes, and ensure the normal operation of the aeration equipment to provide a safe and stable aquaculture environment for aquatic animals.
2. Creation of Ecological Environment
Plant an appropriate amount of aquatic plants, such as reeds and calamus, around the aquaculture pond. Not only can it beautify the environment, but it can also absorb carbon dioxide in the water through photosynthesis, release oxygen, and play a certain role in purifying water quality. At the same time, aquatic plants can also provide habitats for some small aquatic organisms, enrich the ecological system of the aquaculture pond, which is beneficial to the growth and health of aquatic animals.
By comprehensively applying the above aquaculture solutions and combining the advantages of various microbial products of our company, the yield and quality of aquaculture can be effectively improved, the incidence of diseases can be reduced, and the sustainable development of aquaculture can be achieved.
